From the M5 motorway, heading south if you're coming from the north or heading north if you're coming from the south.

1. Take Exit 8 onto the M50 motorway toward Ross-on-Wye and South Wales.

2. Continue on the M50 until you reach Junction 2, where you'll take the exit toward Ledbury and Malvern.

3. Follow the A417 road, which will take you through the town of Ledbury.

4. As you continue on the A417, you'll approach a roundabout. Take the first exit onto the A449, heading towards Malvern.

5. Follow the A449 for several miles until you reach Malvern.

6. Once in Malvern, follow signs for Welland. You'll likely turn onto the B4208 road.

7. In Welland, pass The Inn at Welland, follow the road around the bends and you will see a local sign on the to Byefields Lane which is on the left.

8. Follow the lane, past Camelot House, and Byefield Lodge is just after on the left with a set of wooden gates. Continue up the lane to Southend.
